Summer Filled with Results

Adie Titus surpassed her goal of losing 60 pounds. Adie reached her goals by doing one private personal training session per week along with attending Boot Camp three days a week. She also followed a menu plan created by her personal trainer Grant Carpino.

Carley Rosselli began training in October 2007. She ran and completed her first Bloomsday race finishing in one hour 19 minutes and she has lost 22 pounds.

Judi Hames started her training program in March, 2008. She has lost 40 pounds by making a complete lifestyle change. She participates in private and small group personal training. Her trainer also has her complete a weekly food journal. Judi would like to encourage all women to take time for themselves and workout. “If you’re stressed and unhealthy, then you’re not going to be able to take care of your loved ones very well anyway”, said Hames.
